Your Colleagues
You will work closely with Project Managers, Media Leads, Learning Experience Designers, Media Developers and Technical Leads for your tasks.
Your Job
Project Administrators provide project management support, participate in client-facing meetings, manage internal tasks and execute QA.
Project Administrator - We offer co-op placements, each focusing on one of the areas below:
Audio Management
Administers all work related to audio. This includes finding and booking voice talents, editing audio, and managing invoices. Primarily involves the use of Outlook and Adobe Audition.
Quality Assurance Management
Identifies and coordinates feedback internally and from clientele to resolve problems related to visuals, audio, screen text and animation. Involves the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Learning Platform Management
User management for client programs on ECHO and Momenta, which are award-winning reinforcement eLearning programs. Involves the use of Excel and Photoshop.
